We prepared it at home and I wanted to take a photo....
But the problem was that the food tasted soooooo good that it was gone before we realised it.
That was seriously the best mashed potato ever!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first restaurant we went to after the lock-down, and we loved it! From the aesthetics of the restaurant to the carefully chosen ingredients resulting in beautiful dishes. You can tell the team has a great eye for detail and they are passionate about what they do. They were very attentive, and they took the time to chat with us and had tons of information on the whereabouts of their meat, bread, wines, ice tea, coffee, schnapps and so on. So many of the beforementioned were home-made: delicious!
We will definitely come again, and perhaps I manage to make some photos next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate here on Saturday and had the tasting menu. We were really impressed. I had the vegan menu and my boyfriend had the meat menu. We had the wine pairing for every course and I was amazed how well the wine complemented the food. The service was warm and friendly and we even had a visit from the chef to personally explain one course. All the ingredients tasted very fresh and you can see that a lot of thought and care goes into all the dishes. It really felt like a special occasion for us. When we are Vienna next time we will definitely be giving Belly of the Beast another visit.
