Ein sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Lichtplaner hat sich für unser unverbindliches Erstgespräch mehr als 1 Stunde Zeit genommen. Wir haben defacto für alle wesentlichen Räume die passende Beleuchtung nach Form, Funktion und Budget gefunden. Ich freue mich schon im nächsten Jahr mit dieser Beleuchtung in mein neues Zuhause einzuziehen! Danke, top! PS - Bei Euch gibt es einen sehr guten Kaffee! After making an appointment, I attended a planning appointment for my new EFH. A very competent and friendly lighting planner took more than 1 hour for our non-binding initial discussion. We have defacto found the right lighting for all essential rooms according to form, function and budget. I'm looking forward to moving into my new home with this lighting next year! Thank you, great! Nach einer 45 minütigen Fahrt, kam die erste Enttäuschung - in den Schauräumen sind großteils kitschige und altmodische Lampen ausgestellt. Auf meine Frage nach einer Beratung bekam ich von der Rezeptionistin zwei Kataloge vorgelegt, wo ich mir schonmal ein paar Lampenmodelle aussuchen sollte. Sie versuchte eigenartigerweise mich schon zu beraten, fragte mich mehrmals wieviele Deckenauslässe Ich für den Strom habe (obwohl ich entgegnete dass ich gerade erst dabei bin die Decke zu bauen). Die Preise gaben mir dann den letzten Rest um mich zu verabschieden und in einem Baumarkt die Lampenplanung selbst in die Hand zu nehmen, zumal mein eigentliches Ziel, mich professionell beraten zu lassen nicht klappte. Ob die eigentliche Beratung dann gut klappt kann ich an dieser Stelle nicht sagen, aber wenn ich an der Rezeption schon Modell und Lampenanzahl nennen soll, dann wirkt das alles auf mich höchst unprofessionell. First and foremost, I wanted to get advice. After a 45-minute drive, the first disappointment came - the showrooms were mostly kitschy and old-fashioned lamps. When I asked for advice, the receptionist presented me with two catalogs where I should choose a couple of lamp models. Strangely enough, she was already trying to advise me, asked me several times how many ceiling outlets I had for the electricity (although I replied that I was just about to build the ceiling). The prices then gave me the last bit to say goodbye and take the lamp planning into my own hands in a hardware store, especially since my actual goal of getting professional advice didn't work out. At this point, I cannot say whether the actual advice will go well, but if I have to name the model and number of lamps at the reception, then it all looks extremely unprofessional to me.
