The operation gets HTL graduates and sells them as experts with years of experience to other companies in engineering services, the 19 year olds are literally burned out who complains quickly.

Great working environment, great colleagues, modern workplace. At BEKO, the focus is on the engineering office and their services. BEKO does offer temporary workers to other companies, but BEKO is not a leasing shop!
