Man spürte seine Begeisterung für das Thema.
Bei einer Probe konnte man selbst schmecken, wie wichtig es ist, dass alle Zutaten sorgsam ausgewählt sind und mit viel Herzblut und Liebe weiterverarbeitet werden.
In diesem Geschäft erhält man daher ausschließlich handwerklich hergestellte Brände, welche geschmacklich nicht zu übertreffen sind.
 Mr. Rosen explained to us in detail how his spirits are made.
You could feel his enthusiasm for the subject.
During a sample you could taste for yourself how important it is that all ingredients are carefully selected and processed with a lot of passion and love.
In this shop you will only get handcrafted brandies, which cannot be surpassed in taste.

Herr Rosen hat den Vorgang und alles rund ums Thema Schnapsbrennen verständlich erklärt, man merkt ihm seine Liebe zum Schnapsbrennen an.
Wir hatten eine Schnapsprobe und haben im Anschluss noch ein paar Flaschen von dem qualitativ sehr hochwertigen Schnaps eingekauft.
Die Lokalität ist ebenfalls richtig schön. Urig und rustikal, vom Stil her wie ein Gewölbekeller.
Wir haben uns bei dem sehr freundlichen Herrn Rosen rundum wohl gefühlt.
We were there last week and got very interesting insights into the production of schnapps.
Mr. Rosen explained the process and everything to do with distilling schnapps in an understandable way, and you can tell that he loves distilling schnapps.
We had a schnapps sample and then bought a few more bottles of the very high-quality schnapps.
The location is also really nice. Quaint and rustic, like a vaulted cellar in style.
We felt very comfortable with the very friendly Mr. Rosen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing place to eat food at. We really loved the cozy ambience, and of course the food as we had heard was oven-baked hot right out of the wooden stove ! The people serving had a nice warm attitude towards us, both the times when we visited this place for lunch and dinner.
