★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim ersten Versucher kam das falsche Fahrzeug, dann folgt ein zweites Angebot mit 90 EUR Mehrkosten. Das haben wir nochmals beauftragt und mehrmals nachgefragt, wann es erledigt wird. Die Firma hat zunächst nicht reagiert, uns dann mit "Monteurausfällen" vertröstet und nun seit über einem Jahr nichts mehr von sich hören lassen.
 The first attempt came with the wrong vehicle, followed by a second offer with an additional cost of 90 EUR. We commissioned that again and asked several times when it would be done. The company did not react at first, then put us off with "technician failures" and has now not been heard from for over a year.
