Dann bin ich auch bereit, für die prompte Verfügbarkeit extra hinzufahren und 10% Aufpreis zu zahlen. Telefonisch vorbestrellt, Ware schon hergerichtet, abgeholt - alles prima. Zuhause dann die Ernüchterung: Härter seit 9 Monaten abgelaufen. Die nächste erzwungene Arbeitspause - da hätte ich gleich woanders günstig bestellen können ? I only buy in the city center if it has to go fast - e.g. Forced work interruption because the hardener for the 2-component paint has gone out. Then I am also willing to go for the prompt availability extra and pay 10% surcharge. Pre-ordered by phone, goods already prepared, picked up - everything was great. Home then the disillusionment: hardener expired for 9 months. The next forced work break - I could have ordered somewhere cheap elsewhere ?

Außerdem liegt das Geschäft in meiner Nähe und wäre allein deshalb wert unterstützt zu werden. Allerdings bin ich schlecht beraten worden, das Produkt das mir empfohlen wurde ist teuer und für meinen Zweck schlecht geeignet. Ich wollte wissen ob ich einen Fehler bei der Verarbeitung gemacht habe und bin mit dem lackierten Gegenstand hingegangen, konnte aber keinen nützlichen Rat bekommen. Fazit: doch lieber zum Baumarkt. I prefer to go to a store rather than order online, and I prefer to go to a traditional store rather than the hardware store. In addition, the business is close to me and would therefore be worth supporting. However, I was badly advised, the product that was recommended to me is expensive and poorly suited for my purpose. I wanted to know if I made a mistake during processing and went there with the painted object, but could not get any useful advice. Conclusion: but rather to the hardware store.
D	Dominik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An und für sich ein toller Laden in unschlagbarer Lage, leider ist die Auswahl an Künstlerbedarf, wie Pinsel nicht mehr so groß wie früher. Ich würde sicher öfter dort einkaufen, wenn das Sortiment in diese Richtung wieder erweitert werden würde. In itself a great shop in an unbeatable location, unfortunately the selection of art supplies, like brushes, is no longer as large as it used to be. I would certainly shop there more often if the range were expanded in this direction again.

Solche Geschäfte werden leider immer seltener - Internet und die großen, unpersönlichen Baumärkte sind auf dem Vormarsch. Hoffentlich bleibt der Standort noch lange erhalten! I have been there many times and have always been friendly and well served or advised. Unfortunately, such businesses are becoming scarcer - Internet and the large, impersonal hardware stores are on the rise. Hopefully the location will be preserved for a long time!

Das freundliche Personal hat mir gleich geholfen. Das ist nicht mehr selbstverständlich! The technically excellent customer service would already be worth 5 stars. I got back to business a few days later with a problem. The friendly staff helped me straight away. That can no longer be taken for granted!
