Auf den Hinweis aber einen Vertrag mit Bezahlung per Rechnung abgeschlossen zu haben: Stillschweigen und Löschen des Auftrages ohne Kommentar. Schwach. Lösung: Produkt woanders bestellt, auf Rechnung. Wieder zufrieden. Actually beautiful, stylish products - but professionalism in the purchase process looks different! First order on account as is now common in every serious online shop. Delivery delay still accepted, an email will follow a few days later I have to change to prepayment because a new customer. However, on being informed of having concluded a contract with payment by invoice: silence and deletion of the order without comment. Weak. Solution: Product ordered elsewhere, on account. Man muss alles im Voraus zahlen, auch wenn man bereits hochwertige Artikel gekauft hat. Angeblich zusammen versandte Artikel kommen nicht zusammen an. Wie soll ich beweisen, dass in einem Paket der Artikel X, nicht aber der Artikel Y war? Ich habe Verständnis, wenn wegen Corona "Land unter" herrscht, aber das muss jetzt schnell in Ordnung gebracht werden. Sollte ich Artikel bezahlt haben, die nie mehr ankommen, werde ich das der Google-Community haarklein berichten. Wirklich sehr ärgerlich. Very beautiful, durable products in a minimalist design - BUT: The shipping is completely chaotic. You have to pay for everything in advance, even if you have already bought high quality items. Items supposedly sent together do not arrive together. How am I supposed to prove that Article X was in a package but Article Y was not? I understand if there is "land under" due to Corona, but that has to be fixed quickly now. If I have paid for items that never arrive again, I will report it to the Google community in minute detail. Really very annoying.

Habe dann erfahren, dass die Bank noch nicht einmal am Stück geliefert wird, obwohl das nicht so im Katalog erklärt wird. Dann warte ich jetzt seit 6 Wochen auf die Lieferung. Kundendienst ist besetzt. Ein Trauerspiel. Very disappointing. I was really looking forward to a teak bench for the garden. Had to pay in advance. Then I found out that the bank is not even delivered in one piece, although this is not explained in the catalog. Then I've been waiting for the delivery for 6 weeks. Customer service is busy. A tragedy.

Ein paar Tage später habe ich vom Hersteller ein neues Gerät erhalten. So muss ein Kundendienst sein! Shortly after the warranty expired, the kettle was defective. My request was dealt with very quickly and professionally. A few days later I received a new device from the manufacturer. This is how customer service should be!

Dies steht im starken Kontrast zur Nachhaltigkeit, mit dem dieses Unternehmen wirbt und stellt für mich dessen Glaubwürdigkeit in Frage. Didn't order a catalog and still got a big one. This stands in stark contrast to the sustainability that this company advertises and, for me, calls its credibility into question.

Telefonische Auskunft mindestens 14 Tage, ohne Erklärung, ohne Entschuldigung ( eigentlich ist man ja selber schuld, wenn man so naiv ist zu glauben, dass sperrige Produkte so rasch geliefert werden ! ) ohne Bemühungen den genauen Liefertermin in Erfahrung zu bringen. Schade, man bestellt bewusst in Österreich und dann so eine schlechte Kundenorientierung. Derzeitiger Status: Wann und ob ich meine Bestellung bekomme ist unklar ! Promised delivery time is 2-4 business days. Telephone information at least 14 days, without explanation, without apologies (actually it is your own fault if you are so naive as to believe that bulky products can be delivered so quickly!) without trying to find out the exact delivery date. Too bad, you deliberately order in Austria and then such a bad customer orientation. Current status: It is unclear when and if I will receive my order!
