★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unprofessionel! Hatte Wochen lang einen Termin vereinbart, dann wurde der abgesagt als ich schon vor der Türe stand mit der Begründung "Sie hat nicht genug Material". Wie lächerlich! Habe mir dann einen neuen Termin vereinbart und der wurde wieder ohne Grund gecancelt. Sowas geht gar nicht. Würde niemanden empfehlen dahin zu gehen.
So unprofessional! Had an appointment for weeks, then it was canceled when I was already in front of the door with the reason "She doesn't have enough material". How ridiculous! I then made a new appointment and it was canceled again for no reason. That doesn't work at all. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

Mitarbeiterinnen melden sich nie bei Anruf o.ä., wenn sie sich melden dann nur per Nachricht und dann auch nur wenn sie wollen und sie ignorieren sehr oft. Aber Hauptsache nicht abheben. Sehr unprofessionelles benehmen und auftreten aufgrund von unzuverlässigkeit. Kann ich garnicht weiter empfehlen.
I sometimes waited an hour with an appointment. Employees never answer calls or the like, if they answer then only by message and then only if they want to and they very often ignore. But the main thing is not to take off. Very unprofessional behavior and occurrence due to unreliability. I can't recommend it at all.
