★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Pediküre aber chaotisch organisiert (haben mich angerufen um Termin um einen Tag zu verschieben, bieten ein Getränk an dass dann nie gebracht wird). Um die 3Gs kümmert sich NIEMAND.
 Good pedicure but organized chaotically (called me to reschedule the appointment by a day, offer a drink that is never brought). NOBODY cares about the 3Gs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent manicure, pedicure, and shellac. Good quality and fast. It is pretty easy to get an appointment there and I haven't had to wait at all. It is a bit expensive but for the good quality, relaxed environment, and fast service I think it is not unreasonable. The staff is friendly and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my big day, they almost left me hairless! The management’s reaction to the incident was a smile and a complete ignoring the problem, no apology, no attempt to smooth things over. I was really shocked of such unprofessionality and irresponsibility in the service and the solution of such situations. I had previously considered the salon to be very average, not answerable to their price segment , but in Vienna there is practically no choice ,unfortunately I think for this reason these "workers" are still active. total disappointment!! ((((
If you’re used to really good service and quality - i will recommend you to find other place to save your hair, money and calmness!
Outside this place seems to be a candy - inside it’s real fake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. I had ones a pedicure here, it was good enough, I thought the hygiene was good, so I decided to book 4 weeks later again. A lady called me and said I should move my time slot by 30 min. It was already the second time they did it. First time the person on the phone was friendly and apologetic, and I said ok although it was not super convenient for me. This time the person just started shouting that I should move my slot because it doesn't suit them. I said I would call back regarding it and they just cancelled my appointment. Just aweful, what kind of customer treatment is that?
