Er versteht nicht nur die körperlichen Zusammenhänge, sondern auch die psychologischen. Mit genau dieser Kombination aus Mentaltrainer und Fitnesstrainer, gekoppelt mit seiner sympathischen und motivierenden Persönlichkeit, vermittelt er die Trainingsinhalte auf höchstem Niveau. Hatte wirklich sehr viel Spaß mit ihm und der Lerneffekt war riesig.
Patrick is a very thoughtful trainer and really caters to individual needs.
He not only understands the physical connections, but also the psychological ones. With exactly this combination of mental trainer and fitness trainer, coupled with his likeable and motivating personality, he conveys the training content at the highest level. I really had a lot of fun with him and the learning effect was huge.
