★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ist super, wenn 1 Tag vor Urlaubsbeginn das Garagentor nicht mehr schliesst (dass es mein Missgeschick war, weil ich mit dem Dachträger das 5m-Tor eingedrückt habe und deshalb sämtliche Drahtseile verwurschtelt wurden, lassen wir mal soweit im Hintergrund). Jedenfalls - was tun? Anruf bei verschiedenen Garagentor-Reparaturservice-Firmen - Fehlanzeige. Schliesslich erinnerte mich daran, wo ich dieses Tor vor Jahrhunderten eigentlich erworben habe, nämlich bei der Fa. Bayernstall und dort rief ich dann an. Ein Hr. Schütz hob ab und nach Schilderung der Sachlage war klar - der Geschäftsführer kommt persönlich in 2 Stunden. Genügend Zeit, um mit der Havarie aufzuräumen, was dann auch gelang. Also an diese Fa: klare Interaktionsempfehlung! Authentische Kommunikation, man wird nicht im Regen stehen gelassen, es wird nach Lösungen gesucht. Nochmals DANKE! Und jetz fahr ich in den Urlaub.
It's great when the garage door doesn't close 1 day before the start of your holiday (that it was my mishap because I pushed in the 5m gate with the roof rack and therefore all the wire ropes were tangled up, let's leave it in the background). Anyway - what to do? Call to various garage door repair service companies - none. Finally, I remembered where I actually bought this gate centuries ago, namely from Bayernstall, and I called there. A Mr. Schütz took off and after describing the situation it was clear - the managing director will come in person in 2 hours. Enough time to clean up with the accident, which then succeeded. So to this Fa: clear recommendation for interaction! Authentic communication, you are not left out in the rain, solutions are sought. Thanks again! And now I'm going on vacation.
