C	Chryz Dee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann Herrn Reiter nur zu 100 % zustimmen. Seit 25 jahren Kunde und dann wird man so arrogant und unfreundlich behandelt. Da frag ich mich auch für was man überhaupt diese Berater braucht. Es ging um einen Kredit und es wurden überhaupt keine lösungen oder alternativen angeboten. Man wurde belehrt und ich bin mir fast so vorgekommen als, warum ich überhaupt so dreist bin und mich nach besseren konditionen erkundige. Stattdessen wurde mir empfohlen ich solle es doch bei der Santander versuchen. Ich verstehe wenn es sich um gewisse vorgaben und richtlinien des Unternehmens handelt aber sowas find ich einfach lächerlich. Hätte man auch anders regeln können. Der besagte Herr ich nenne ihn auch einfach mal Herr Sebastian sollte vl mal seinen umgang mit den Kunden überdenken. Diese autoritäre Haltung und belehrung kann man sich sparen. Lächerlich Can only agree 100% with Mr. Reiter. Customer for 25 years and then you are treated so arrogantly and unfriendly. I also wonder what these advisors are actually needed for. It was about a loan and no solutions or alternatives were offered at all. They were taught and I almost felt as if I was so bold in the first place and asked about better conditions. Instead, I was advised to try Santander. I understand when it comes to certain specifications and guidelines of the company, but I think that is just ridiculous. One could have regulated differently. The said gentleman, I also just call him Mr. Sebastian should perhaps rethink his dealings with customers. This authoritarian attitude and instruction can be saved. Ridiculous

Man VERSUCHT immer jemanden zu erreichen, bei dem versuchen bleibt es dann auch. Trauriges Verhalten. The worst club that one can find. My husband was a customer for a long time and then you are treated like that. You always TRY to reach someone, and you keep trying. Sad behavior.
