Unter jeder Kritik. A huge bank in which there are no employees. Eternal waiting times. Now the checkout times have been reduced so that you have to wait 45 minutes there as well. Under any criticism.

Außerdem wenn man fragen hat und um einen Rückruf bittet, wird Mann auch nie zurückgerufen... Werde die Bank wechseln ? Das letzte mal als "Geld im Münzzählautomaten stecken bleib" und ich es am nexten Tag holen sollte, wimmelte uns eine unkompetente blonde Mitarbeiterin ab und sagte sie wisse nichts davon und das Geld nicht im Automaten stecken bleiben kann! Als ich mit der Kollegin die dabei war reden wollte, sagte sie, sie wäre auf Urlaub und nicht erreichbar ... Als ich ihren Chef sprechen wollte, holte sie die Kollegin runter die im Stock darüber auf Urlaub war.. nicht mal geschämt haben sie sich! Dauernd giebt es Probleme, nur zum ärgern.. Ständig muss man bei dieser Bank warten auf alles und jeden. Alles wird in die länge gezogen und nichts funktioniert ohne Hindernisse. Danke für nichts! Customer service is inadequate, employees - incompetent, rude and lie to their customers! The last time when "money got stuck in the coin counting machine" and I was supposed to get it the next day, an incompetent blonde employee swarmed us and said she didn't know anything about it and the money couldn't get stuck in the machine! When I wanted to talk to the colleague who was there, she said she was on vacation and not available ... When I wanted to speak to her boss, she brought the colleague down who was on vacation on the floor about it ... they weren't even ashamed yourself! There are always problems, just to annoy you .. You have to wait all the time at this bank for everything and everyone. Everything is drawn out and nothing works without obstacles. Thanks for nothing!

Andere Banken können es doch auch und deswegen werde ich jetzt auch Bank wechseln... Nur Probleme mit der Bawag ? Why can't you pick up when you call you 10 times ?‍♂️ As if you have customers around the clock ... Other banks can do it too and that's why I'm going to change banks now ... Only problems with the Bawag ?

Sehr nett und kompetent!!! So wird man gerne empfangen. ? Update 16.11.2020 (einzige Filiale bruck/Kapfenberg!!! ) Ich wollte heute Kleingeld beim Münzautomat einzahlen und der einzige automat dafür war schon wieder kaputt... Als ich eine Angestellte sah sagte ich dass ich mich dafür bei der Kasse anstelle wobei sie wortwörtlich zu mir sagte "sie kann das Kleingeld nicht zählen " (vor mir 12 leute hinter mir niemand!!! ) da frage ich mich wofür ich bei einer Bank bin.... Und Konto Gebühren zahlen muss... Frechheit!!!! Kundenservice sehr unfreundlich.. Hat mir nicht richtig zugehört... Ließ mich nicht Ausreden und hatte sich im Ton vergriffen... Der Anruf war umsonst weil mir nicht geholfen wurde und gesagt wurde darum muss ich mich selbst kümmern... Wozu bin ich dann bei einer Bank wenn die mir nicht hilft??Dann brauche ich auch keine Bank und kann jedes Monat selbst per erlagscheine zahlen kommt sogar billiger mit einem Sammelauftrag und da gibt's keine Probleme ... Hauptsache die Kontogebühren muss man zahlen... Bodenlose Frechheit!!! Update 1.12.2021 I am very pleasantly surprised. The last couple of times (including today) I met a very nice advisor at the counter. Very nice and competent! This is how you will be welcomed with pleasure. ? Update November 16, 2020 (only branch in Bruck / Kapfenberg !!!) I wanted to deposit change at the coin machine today and the only machine for it was broken again ... When I saw an employee I said that I would go to the cash register instead and she literally said to me "she can't count the change" (in front of me there are 12 people behind me !!!) I ask myself what I am doing at a bank am .... and have to pay account fees ... cheek !!!! Customer service very unfriendly .. Didn't really listen to me ... Didn't give me excuses and lost the tone ... The call was free because I was not helped and was told I have to take care of myself ... What am I for Then at a bank if that doesn't help me ?? Then I don't need a bank and can pay by payment slips every month even cheaper with a collective order and there are no problems ... The main thing is to pay the account fees ... Bottomless cheek !!!
I	Ioan Sas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Katastrophale Bank.Obwohl keine Kredit mehr besteht und das Kreditrisikoversicherung gekündigt habe ist das Betrag heute 03.01.2022 noch einmal abgebucht. Deswegen bald keine Bawag Kunde mehr A catastrophic bank. Although there is no longer any credit and the credit risk insurance has terminated, the amount is debited again today 03.01.2022. So soon no longer a Bawag customer
