H	Helmut G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per Telefon einen Mitarbeiter für eine persönliche Beratung zu erreichen ist nahezu unmöglich. Man wird permanent von einem Tonband zugetextet. Die automatisierte Verbindung zu einem Mitarbeiter endet wieder in der Tonbandschleife oder es wird die Verbindung abgebrochen. Reaching an employee for personal advice by phone is almost impossible. You are constantly being texted by a tape. The automated connection to an employee ends again in the tape loop or the connection is terminated.

C	Christoph Richter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur abraten! Diese Bank scheint kein Interesse am Privatkundengeschäft zu haben. Ab November werden die Kassenzeiten auf Mo.-Fr. 9-13 Uhr beschränkt. Ganz offensichtlich interessiert sich diese Bank nicht für durchschnittliche Arbeitnehmer als Kunde. Ich werde mit Sicherheit keinen (halben) Tag Urlaub nehmen wenn ich mal eine größere Behebungen oder Einzahlungen machen muss. Auf meinen Hinweis daß diese Kassenzeiten für viele Menschen ein echtes Problem darstellen, wurde mir mitgeteilt daß solche Beschwerden in großer Zahl eintreffen, die "Oberen" das aber so hinnehmen. I can only advise against it! This bank doesn't seem interested in retail banking. From November, the checkout hours will be Monday to Friday. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. limited. Obviously, this bank is not interested in the average employee as a customer. I will definitely not take a (half) day of vacation if I have to make major withdrawals or deposits. When I pointed out that these checkout times are a real problem for many people, I was informed that such complaints were received in large numbers, but that the "superiors" took it that way.
H	Herbert Klingler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danke für diese unmögliche Serviceleistung,ich hatte meine EC Karte im SB Voyer im Gerät vergessen wo sie dann eingezogen wurde.Ich wartete vergebens 10 Tage wurde vertröstet und dann nochmals 4Tage dazu bis mal sich jemand die Mühe machte das SB Gerät zu leeren, das einzige was geschah war eine unfreundliche Kassabedienstete die sich so auszeichnete mit ihrem Benehmen, dass ich nach 46 Jahren Bawag sofort die Bank gewechselt habe.So wird Service und Freundlichkeit in einem Dienstleistungsunternehmen an den Tag gelegt,nie wieder. Thank you for this impossible service, I forgot my EC card in the self-service voyer where it was confiscated. I waited in vain for 10 days and then another 4 days until someone bothered to empty the self-service machine, the only thing What happened was an unfriendly cashier who was so distinguished with her behavior that I changed banks immediately after 46 years in Bawag. This is how service and friendliness is shown in a service company, never again.

Offensichtlich hat diese Bank kein Interesse am Wohl der Kunden und nur den eigenen Verdienst im Blick. Nie wieder!! Very bad customer service. The young clerk at the counter was ignorant and unfriendly. I don't have to behave like that. This bank obviously has no interest in the well-being of its customers and only has its own earnings in mind. Never again!!
