★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute ein Angebot einholen für 4 Zimmertüren.Wenn man dann fragt wegen der Lieferung und Montage ob der Preis von 260 Euro nicht etwas hoch ist ür 100 m Weg,also im der Nachbarschaft und als Antwort bekommt. Das ist im Wurscht weil der Monteur muss trotzdem laden,frag ich mich wo hier der Resekt gegenüber dem Kunden geblieben ist. Dieser Herr war sehr unfreundlich. Kaufe meine Türen woanders auch wenn sie dort teurer sind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Null Sterne trifft es besser, bei Reklamationen unsauber arbeiten, Türen beschädigt, trotz Beweis Probleme dass es überhaupt noch gemacht wird. Hebt niemand mehr ab, auf Mails wird nicht reagiert. Furchtbare Kundenbetreuung. Nie wieder diese Firma!
Zero stars is better, if there are complaints, work improperly, doors damaged, problems despite the evidence that it is still being done. If nobody picks up, there is no response to emails. Terrible customer support. Never again this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also diese schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen - also ob das eine andere Firma wäre. Denn wir haben gute Erfahrungen mit der Firma Hannak gemacht, als wir bei einer Haussanierung ua. mehrere Böden erneuern bzw. schleifen haben lassen. Die Lieferzeiten haben gepasst, was im Baugewerbe schon eine Leistung ist, denn auch Hannak ist von seinen Lieferanten abhängig. Das kenne ich als Unternehmer. Lieferzeit, Leistung, Betreuung und Preis haben gepasst. Wir werden wieder dort kaufen.

Renewed or sanded several floors. The delivery times were right, which is an achievement in the construction industry, because Hannak is also dependent on its suppliers. I know that as an entrepreneur. Delivery time, performance, support and price were right. We will buy there again.
