Mittlerweile bekommt ma nicht mehr mal eine Schiebetruhe von Qualität in einem Baumarkt, der Koch hat sie. You get quality from the cook, not as junky as in the hardware stores. Wir waren jetzt das 2te mal dort ... ca 30min umgeschaut und keiner hat sich um uns gekümmert oder nachgefragt ob wir was bräuchten . Echt enttäuschend. Unfortunately, the people there are not interested in your customers. We were there for the second time ... looked around 30min and no one took care of us or asked if we needed anything. Really disappointing.

Man muss nur fragen und nicht 30 Minuten im Geschäft spazieren gehen :-) Per Email um Rückruf gebeten, nach 5 Minuten war der Anruf da. Perfekt. Alles gleich abgeholt. Super. Weiter so. Zusatz, in Zukunft kaufe ich alles bei Euch !!! Eine Frechheit was andere für einen Sack Klebespachtel verlangen .... Also very nice now in lockdown. You just have to ask and not walk around the shop for 30 minutes :-) Asked to call me by email, the call was there after 5 minutes. Perfect. Everything picked up immediately. Great. Keep it up. Addition, in the future I will buy everything from you! A cheek what others ask for a sack of adhesive spatula ....
