S	Sandra Hofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Wohnungen, absolut furchtbarer Mieterservice der nurmehr mit Frechheit zu erklären ist. Wird nicht mit dem Anwalt gedroht rührt dort niemand auch nur den kleinen Finger, danach geht aber alles ganz schnell. Man merkt dass die Wohnungsknappheit in die Karten spielt - der einzelne Mieter zählt 0, wems nicht passt der kann ja weiterziehen. Stehen eh genug willige Nachmieter auf der Matte. Beautiful apartments, absolutely terrible tenant service that can only be explained with cheek. If the lawyer is not threatened, nobody there moves their little finger, but everything goes very quickly after that. You can tell that the housing shortage plays into the cards - the individual tenant counts 0, if you don't fit you can move on. There are enough willing new tenants on the mat anyway.

M	Melanie Gatterbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anscheinend zu unfähig in 3 Monaten einen Nachmieter zu finden und einem wird nicht Bescheid gesagt wenn man nicht 10x nachtelefoniert. (Ich hätte in ein paar Stunden 5 gefunden, wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich gleich selber gesucht). Küche habe ich gott sei dank noch in letzter Minute verkaufen können, trotzdem muss jetzt alles rausgerissen werden, was vom Nachmieter abgelöst werden hätte können. Wird natürlich alles auf eine andere Firma geschoben die für die Wohnungsvergabe zuständig ist. Man wird nur hin und her geschickt, keiner fühlt sich zuständig, von niemand bekommt man eine Information. Ist mir egal wer zuständig ist, ich möchte zumindest rechtzeitig eine Auskunft haben! Ausziehen geht auch nicht von heute auf morgen !! Apparently too unable to find a new tenant in 3 months and you won't be told if you don't call 10 times. (I would have found 5 in a few hours if I had known that I would have looked for it myself). Thank God I was able to sell the kitchen at the last minute, but now everything that could have been replaced by the next tenant has to be torn out. Of course, everything is pushed to another company that is responsible for the allocation of apartments. You are just sent back and forth, nobody feels responsible, you don't get any information from anyone. I don't care who is responsible, I would at least like to have information in good time! You can't undress overnight either!

O	Ovidiu Sustic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 5 start just for two persons who work there. But i have to give them just one star because 1) the customer service its awfull. The old lady in the moment she sees you dont speak dialect german, she becomes racist and treath you awfull. 2) if you quit you have to wait forever for YOUR MONEY. And if you ask a couple of times for YOUR MONEY, they become aggresive and you have to be patient. And i was patient enough and still didnt received my money. So for your money, even if you have the right, you have to be quiet. And dont get me wrong. For those money im waiting since 6 months. Except two persons from Hausverwaltung which they said they will do somwthing and they did, the other they dont really deserve to work there. Or they are just to old and dont understand the computers and technology. Maybe they should hire somebody young who can do their job better, not all dinosaurs. Im still waiting dor MY MONEY
