★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider unverlässlich - habe angerufen und den Bauauftrag sowie meine Adresse mitgeteilt , ich musste dann meinen Plan und Details übermitteln. Dann herschte Funkstille, habe dann angerufen und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass es zu weit weg ist. Ich finde man hätte mich bereits am Telelefon oder zumindest auf meine Mail antworten können, aber den Kunden dumm sterben lassen und überhaupt nicht reagieren, zeugt für Ignoranz und dass man auf Kundenservice keinen Wert legt. Habe jetzt leider unnötig 1 Woche verloren :-(
Unfortunately unreliable - I called and gave the construction contract and my address, I then had to send my plan and details. Then there was radio silence, then called and was told that it was too far away. I think you could already have answered me on the phone or at least to my email, but let the customer die stupid and not react at all, testifies to ignorance and that customer service is not valued. Unfortunately I lost 1 week unnecessarily :-(
