f	fire mike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir mussten erst zum Grunstück zufahren um bei den Arbeiten dabei sein zu können und wurde - einfach vergessen - uns Bescheid zu geben, das heute doch niemand kommt. Der 2. Termin wurde dann eingehalten aber mit dem Arbeitsbeginn schon weit vor dem vereinbarten Termin begonnen. Als wir am Grundstück angekommen sind, waren die Arbeiten bereits fertig - dabei wollten wir noch einiges vor Ort vorbesprechen! Vereinbart war mit der Versicherung abzurechnen, der Betrag wurde auch angefordert. Dennoch erhielten wir parallel eine Mahnung und danach einen Anruf "des machen wir ned a so!" und sollten wir entgegen der Vereinbarung dennoch direkt Überweisen. Dabei war lt. Versicherung das Geld bereits unterwegs!! Fazit: so möchten wir keine Geschäfte mehr machen - Unzuverlässig und Launisch/Sprunghaft! Nevertheless, we received a warning at the same time and then a call "Let's do nothing!" and we should still transfer directly contrary to the agreement. According to insurance, the money was already on the way !! Conclusion: we don't want to do business anymore - unreliable and moody / volatile!

Angebot kam gleich per Mail und eine Woche später kamen sehr gut ausgebildete Herren zu uns, die unser Bäume geschnitten haben. Sieht top aus. Sehr nette Damen im Büro! War prima, gerne wieder! Arbeiten werden nicht auftragsgemäß oder gar nicht durchgeführt aber trotzdem in Rechnung gestellt und Rückfragen werden entweder ignoriert oder diese werden als persönliche Angriffe gewertet. Als Kunde wird man sowohl von den Mitarbeitern als auch vom Geschäftsführer selbst angeschrien - das hat wohl niemand notwendig! FINGER WEG - unprofessional company, unfriendly team! Work is not carried out according to the order or not carried out at all, but invoiced anyway and queries are either ignored or these are assessed as personal attacks. As a customer, you get yelled at by both the employees and the managing director himself - nobody really needs that!
