Schade, unsere Wohnung wäre so schön gewesen, auch eine Nachbarin von obenan fühlte sich gezwungen auszuziehen. Das Gebäude wurde neu gebaut und schon gab es ein Rohrbruch im Keller, die sche* räumten meine Nachbarin und ich (damals 12.ssw) weg. Feuerwehr kam Gott sei dank zu Hilfe. Es wurde dort unten nie wieder etwas gemacht außer von der Putzfrau eine Kerze angezündet. Wir sind mit 720€ Miete im Jahr 2016 eingezogen und ausgezogen im Jahr 2019 mit ca 770€. Der Boden stellte sich BEI ALLEN Mietern auf - Fazit, ALLE waschen zu nass auf, hier liegt kein Baufehler vor und müssen das auf unsere Kosten reparieren lassen. Ich denke, das es wenig Sinn machen würde, all die Beschwerden der Genossenschaft hier aufzuschreiben aber ich möchte allen künftigen Mietern raten: ALLES DOKUMENTIEREN UND NICHT VON FREUNDLICHEN MITARBEITERN TÄUSCHEN LASSEN!!!!! Ich hoffe wir bekommen unsere Kaution pünktlich zurück, damit wir endlich abschließen können. Hochachtungsvoll. In a nutshell: let young families down as soon as they have the money & no interest in construction defects - the tenant is to blame. A pity, our apartment would have been so nice, even a neighbor from above felt forced to take off. The building was rebuilt and already there was a pipe break in the basement, the sche * my neighbor and I (12th ssw then) cleared away. Thanks to the help of the fire brigade. There was never anything done down there except a candle lit by the cleaning lady. We have moved in with 720 € rent in 2016 and moved out in 2019 with about 770 €. The floor turned up at all tenants - in conclusion, all wash too wet, there is no construction error and must be repaired at our expense. I think that it would make little sense to write down all the complaints of the cooperative here but I would like to advise all future tenants: DOCUMENT ALL AND NOT LET'S TELL BY FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES !!!!! I hope we get back our deposit on time, so we can finally complete. Sincerely.

Und wenn einem mal ein Fehler bei irgendwas auffällt, wie zB in der Elektrik wird einem sofort vorgeworfen man hätte selbst daran herumgepfuscht und darf natürlich selbst die über 130€ teure Rechnung übernehmen. Ps: Die sich angesprochenen und verantwortlichen dürfen sich ruhig angesprochen fühlen. Extremely unfriendly staff. In the organization of many things simply just slowly and incompetently. And if you ever notice a mistake in something, such as in the electrics, you are immediately accused of tampering with it yourself and of course you are allowed to take over the over 130 € bill yourself. Ps: Those who are addressed and responsible may feel that they are being addressed.

Man bekommt wochenlang, teilweise sogar 2 Monate keine Antwort auf Emails bzw. nur nach mehrmaligem anrufen und es wird sich auf angeblichen Personalmangel ausgeredet. Diese Baugenossenschaft ist ein Witz und ich frage mich wie sie überleben kann. Unprofessioneller geht es nicht. If it were possible I would give 0 stars. You get no answer to emails for weeks, sometimes even 2 months or only after repeated calls and the alleged lack of staff is excused. This building cooperative is a joke and I wonder how it can survive. It doesn't get any more unprofessional.
