Nach einigen Stunden waren unsere Wünsche und Vorstellungen nicht nur fixiert sondern in eine vollkommen neue Richtung geschwenkt mit Elementen die unser Haus nicht nur modern sondern wirklich besonders gestalten. Der Entwurf hat uns dann total positiv überrascht und auch die Kosten hielten sich im Rahmen unseres Budgets. Der eigentliche Bau beginnt nächstes Jahr, wir freuen uns schon auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit. Our experiences so far have been positive, the welcome was warm, they took a lot of time for us, gave us good advice and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages that no one had mentioned to us before. After a few hours, our wishes and ideas were not only fixed but swiveled in a completely new direction with elements that make our house not only modern but really special. The design then surprised us in a totally positive way and the costs were also within our budget. The actual construction will start next year, we look forward to further cooperation.
T	Thomas Brand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bevor wir uns für Designhaus Schillab entschieden haben, waren wir zuvor auch bei anderen Hausfirmen, deren Konzepte uns nicht sonderlich angesprochen haben. Über Empfehlungen von Freunden sind wir bei Designhaus gelandet und haben dort auch letztlich unser Haus bestellt, da uns deren Planung außerordentlich gut gefallen hat. Die Bauzeit verlief für uns durchaus angenehm wir hatten neben unserem Beruf kaum Aufwand mit dem Hausbau. Wir wohnen seit knapp drei Jahren in unserem Eigenheim und fühlen uns so wohl wie am ersten Tag. Before we decided on Designhaus Schillab, we were also with other house companies whose concepts didn't appeal to us particularly. Following recommendations from friends, we ended up at Designhaus and ultimately ordered our house there, as we really liked their planning. The construction time went quite comfortably for us and apart from our job we hardly had any effort with building the house. We have been living in our own home for almost three years and we feel as comfortable as we did on the first day.

Mit den relativ langen Wartezeiten zwischen den diversen Terminen waren wir anfangs nicht sonderlich glücklich. Dafür haben wir uns ab dem ersten Treffen gut aufgehoben gefühlt, besonders die Kreativität beim Hausstil und die Ideenumsetzung gefielen uns. Leider mussten wir einzelne Designer Elemente aus Kostengründen weglassen, wollten aber keinesfalls auf das grundsätzliche Hauskonzept verzichten. Mehr als die halbe Bauzeit ist nun vorüber, es lief bis jetzt sehr reibungslos ab. Wir hoffen die heurigen Weihnachten in unserem neuen Haus feiern zu können, die Chancen stehen dafür nicht schlecht. Die Frage „ob wir es nochmals so machen würden“ kann ich nur mit einem klaren Ja beantworten. Why we ordered here is simply explained, as we have always liked their house style. At first we weren't particularly happy with the relatively long waiting times between the various appointments. We felt we were in good hands from the first meeting, and we particularly liked the creativity in the house style and the implementation of ideas. Unfortunately, we had to leave out individual designer elements for reasons of cost, but we did not want to do without the basic house concept. More than half the construction time is now over, so far it has gone very smoothly. We hope to be able to celebrate this Christmas in our new house, the chances are not bad for that. I can only answer the question “whether we would do it again like this” with a resounding yes.
