★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without advanced notice they have a personnel party. Ofcourse that's no problem. But then don't open your bar at all at the specific day!!!! They turned down the music and stopped serving. Come on! You can't do that in a ski town. You know everyone wants to party!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 15 minutes for a waitress to have time to take our order. We ordered 4 schi wasser and 4 jagertee. We then waited 30 minutes more and asked what happened to our food. 10 minutes later, our food came but not what we ordered. We were told by an angry waitress if we wanted what we ordered, we had to wait 40 more minutes. We could get 4 shots for compensation even though we didn't even want them. The place wasn't even near full.
When the bill came, the waitress just put 6 euros on our bill as mandatory tip. I completely lost any respect for this place. They probably took that tip to cover the compensation shots. Directly mean and completely disrespectful. As an every year visitor in Saalbach, I never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate here for me birthday with our 2 young boys aged 10 and 13. There was a great atmosphere with lots of people having a good time. I even had a group sing happy birthday to me. The food was lovely and the staff were very accommodating for our kids. If you want a fun apres ski meal this was perfect.
