★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor kurzem fast zufällig ein Glas Schafkäse in Öl von Ihrem Betrieb gekauft. Was soll ich sagen? Der beste Schafkäse in Öl, den ich je gegessen habe. Sagenhaft weich und cremig, die Kräutermischung im Öl wunderbar abgeschmeckt, den kaufe ich sicher wieder. Ich finde es auch schön, dass es den Tieren gut geht, das ist noch das I-Tüpfelchen.
I recently bought a jar of sheep cheese in oil from your farm almost by accident. What can I say? The best sheep cheese in oil I have ever tasted. Incredibly soft and creamy, the herbal mixture in the oil is wonderfully seasoned, I'll definitely buy it again. I also think it's nice that the animals are doing well, that's the icing on the cake.
