A	Andranik Ghevondyan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute war ich wegen eines Gesundheits- und Fitnesschecks auf Besuch bei der Base 5 und kann zum ersten Mal nicht anders vorgehen als hier mein positives Feedback mit der ganzen Welt zu teilen. Ich muss sagen, dass es bisher mein umfangreichster Checkup war, den ich je hatte. Von der Ermittlung der Bewegungsfähigkeit, einer ausgiebigen Körperanalyse bis hin zu einer detaillierten Schmerzanamnese war alles dabei. Das wertvollste für mich war nicht nur die entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre dort, sondern vor allem die Zeit, die man dort für einem nimmt, damit man dann gemeinsam ein persönliches Fitnessziel für das gesamte Jahr ausarbeiten kann. Mein Dank und Lob gehen an dem gesamten Team dort aber vor allem an meinem Trainer und Coach Steffen, mit wem ich heute den Checkup machen durfte. Tausend Dank für deine Geduld, Professionalität und Wissen, welches du heute mit mir geteilt hast. Ein individuelles Personal Coaching/Training mit dir wäre mir eine große Ehre ? Today I had to share because of a health and fitness checks on a visit to the base 5 and can for the first time otherwise proceed as here is my positive feedback with the entire world. I must say that it has been my most extensive checkup, I've ever had. From the determination of mobility, an extensive body analysis to a detailed pain history everything was there. The most valuable for me was not only the relaxed and friendly atmosphere there, but also the time it takes there for one, so you can then jointly develop a personal fitness goal for the entire year. My thanks and praise goes to the entire team there but especially to my trainer and coach Steffen, with whom I was able to make the checkup today. A thousand thanks for your patience, professionalism and knowledge that you have today shared with me. An individual personal coaching / training with you and me would be a great honor ?

That translates to almost four times their normal monthly flat rate fee of 149 per month. Not friendly at all. Later they asked me to delete my review.

Besides the group trainings I have already taken advantage of the nutritional training as well as physiotherapy and private sessions after an accident. I can highly recommend the "all-round carefree package" including top professional trainers and therapists as well as a great community that always encourages top performance from the bottom of my heart! Especially the large selection of online trainings, which are in no way inferior in quality to the training on site, makes the year 2020 a lot nicer! Basefive is my Innsbruck-Happy-Place! :-)

Training sessions (even online), nutrition coaching, morning/evening routines, physio - I have been able to try it out for more than five years, and I can only warmly recommend it all. You get valuable individual tips and suggestions for improvement - and yeah, it's intense, but fun too. With this team and the whole community, you go from being a sports muffle to sports enthusiasts. Thanks!
