After the first session, i felt such a difference - but also I was really drawn to Barny's holistic approach and advice about posture etc. I decided to keep going and had about 15 sessions over all - and it really helped me. I noticed a huge difference in my posture and my pains - it was remarkable. I highly recommend this. He was able to help me with my shoulder and neck problems. and I felt immediate pain relief after our first session. Although my posture was not as bad as I expected it to be he helped me to improve that as well. He also helped me to raise awareness to my overall well-being - physically and mentally. The only thing I regret is that I didn't go to see him earlier when the pain in my neck started almost more than 2 years ago.
