★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor zwei Monaten habe ich eine Anfrage per Mail geschickt. Zwei Wochen später musste ich telefonisch und per Mail nachfragen, weil ich keine Antwort erhielt. Dann konnte ich mich endlich für eine Sattel-Anprobe anmelden und habe seitdem wieder nichts mehr gehört. Schade, hätte dort gerne einen Sattel mit allem drum und dran gekauft. Kann den Vertrieb niemandem weiterempfehlen. Barefoot an sich ist aber wirklich toll, ich wickle nun alles über Deutschland ab. Eine tolle Alternative, da laut Erfahrungsberichten mehrere Kunden in Österreich so abgefertigt wurden wie ich.
Two months ago I sent a request by email. Two weeks later I had to ask by phone and email because I didn't get an answer. Then I was finally able to register for a saddle-fitting and haven't heard anything since then. A shame, would have liked to have bought a saddle with all the trimmings there. Can't recommend sales to anyone. Barefoot in itself is really great, I now handle everything through Germany. A great alternative, since, according to experience reports, several customers in Austria were processed like me.
