★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an okay restaurant. We ate here last night, reservations were necessary. They have a menu which you have to order a day ahead so you can reserve for the next day and have the special meal you want.
Food was ok. I had the Hanchenbreat with some rice and a nice sauce. My wife had a gröstle of which we were not so fond of. The paptatoes weren’t as crispy as expected, should have baked a bit longer in my opinion.
As a starter I had the garlic soup which was good.
As mentioned in previous reviews beneath the restaurant is a bar and it’s allowed to smoke in public areas (which I truly despite) resulting in a nasty smoke odour. You don’t smell anything in the restaurant, which looks good as well, but you have to pass through the bar to enter and leave the restaurant.
Personnel was nice, as expected, nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly service, really good food. The architecture of the building in an old barn is excellent and the bar downstairs is cosy. The time slot for eating is a bit on the short side though, when you are in high season. Still, the atmosphere and quality make this a good place to come.
