★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vom Krankenhaus ein Rezept bekommen für eine Milchpumpe. Die Pumpe kann man sich ausborgen aber das Set zum Abpumpen kostet 60€. Die Tunnelgröße wurde scheinbar geraten und es wurde nichts vermessen. So war das ganze sinnlos und der Mitarbeiterin war es herzlich egal. Ich konnte weder abpumpen noch das falsch gekaufte Set , (wo ich als Patient rein gar nichts dafür kann) retounieren. Habe mich dann selbst schlau gemacht und mir eine Pumpe gekauft inkl. Richtiger Tunnelgröße! Funktioniert einwandfrei. Bin von dem Service sehr enttäuscht vorallem weil ich wertvolle Zeit für die Milchproduktion dadurch verloren hab! Dankeschön!
Got a prescription for a breast pump from the hospital. The pump can be borrowed but the set for pumping costs 60 €. The tunnel size was apparently advised and nothing was measured. So the whole thing was pointless and the employee didn't care. I could neither express nor return the wrongly bought set (which as a patient cannot help it). Then I did some research myself and bought a pump including the correct tunnel size! Works flawlessly. I am very disappointed with the service, especially because I lost valuable time for milk production! Thank you very much!
