Scheinbar ist es nicht ausreichend ein dringend benötigtes Heilbehelf schriftlich zu bestellen UND dies telefonisch abzusichern um dieses auch verlässlich zu erhalten. Nach Möglichkeit empfehle ich Jedem auf einen zuverlässigeren Anbieter auszuweichen. Unreliable! Apparently it is not sufficient to order an urgently needed medical aid in writing AND to secure this by telephone in order to receive it reliably. If possible, I recommend everyone to switch to a more reliable provider.
