G	Gerhard Blahusch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber das Essen auch gut und das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich nur beim Ballonfahren hätte der (Fahrer) mehr Erklären können ( über die Höhe und Temperatur) The rooms were very nice and clean, the food was also good and the staff was very nice and friendly only when ballooning the (driver) could have explained more (about the altitude and temperature)

Indoor Spielraum, Spielgeräte im Freien, Tiere, Pool, Garten, Hochstühle und Extrawünsche wie Strohhalme, Pommes werden gern erfüllt. Auch gibt es z.B. ein Stiegengeländer, einen Duschkopf für Kinder. Der Service ist auf Kinder eingestellt und achtet sehr darauf, dass sich die Familien wohl fühlen. Auf meine Bitte nach Strohhalm kam die Frage - bestimmte Farbe? Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis empfanden wir stimmig. Ein Zimmer war recht hellhörig oder die anderen Gäste so laut und der Spielraum könnte sauberer sein. Balloon and children's hotel. There is a lot for children. Und erst die Fahrt mit dem Ballon - Ein Traum. A balloon hotel with great service. Very nice rooms with balcony, great spa area, excellent cuisine, courteous staff. And first the ride with the balloon - a dream.

(Urlaubsbeginn sollte 6 MONATE nach der Buchung sein.) Die Anzahlung erfolgte inklusive Reisestornoversicherung. So meine Kinder entschlossen sich wenige Tage später (6 um genau zu sein) doch in ein anderes Hotel zu wollen. Somit stornierte ich den Urlaub und der Ärger begann; 1. Werden mir 60 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr verrechnet (was ich schon sehr frech finde auch wenn es rechtens ist) 2. Behauptet der Hotelbesitzer ich könne nicht von meiner Versicherung zurücktreten (in Österreich herrscht ein Rücktrittsrecht von 14 Tagen - diese Info gab mir auch die Versicherung nach eigener Nachfrage) 3. Hätten wir für eine Ballonfahrt den selben Preis wie externe bezahlen sollen Also eines ist garantiert; ich bin heilfroh dass wir NICHT kommen! So etwas ist mir noch bei keiner Reise (oder Buchung) passiert. Annoyance although no vacation has taken place! You have to do it! I booked the holiday for myself and my two children. (Holiday start should be 6 MONTHS after booking.) The deposit was made including travel cancellation insurance. So my children decided a few days later (6 to be exact) to go to another hotel. So I canceled the vacation and the trouble started; 1. Will I be charged a processing fee of 60 euros (which I find very cheeky even if it is legal) 2. If the hotel owner claims that I cannot withdraw from my insurance (in Austria there is a right of withdrawal of 14 days - the insurance also gave me this information after my own request) 3. Should we have paid the same price for a balloon ride as external ones So one thing is guaranteed; I'm so glad we're NOT coming! Nothing like this has ever happened to me on any trip (or booking).
