★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zillertalbahn führt durch das Zillertal in Tirol von Jenbach nach Mayrhofen. Neben moderner Diesellokomotiven und Triebwagen verfügt die Zillertalbahn mehrere Dampflokomotiven, mit denen „Dampfbummelzüge“ als ergänzendes touristisches Angebot geführt werden.
Seit 2014 weist der Bahnhof die Besonderheit auf, dass zwischen dem Bahnhofsgebäude und den Gleisen die Landesstraße durchführt. Die Passagiere müssen diese über einen Zebrastreifen queren, um auf den Bahnsteig zu gelangen
