Jegliche Zusammentreffen mit GKB Mitarbeitern erzeugen Unwohl, da zum Problem Ankunft aus hochrangiger Verkehrsverbindung in Graz um X.33 und Umstieg zur GKB um X.38 bekundet wird: "Geht mich nix an, ist Sache der ÖBB, usw ..." Problemlösungskapazität: Null / Kundenfreundlichkeit: Null. An evil. Für Personen, die sich schwer tun eine Stiege zu benützen ist es nicht von Vorteil! Geschweigedenn für jemanden mit Rollstuhl! Actually a top train station with a nice design and good connections! Vor allem seit der Installation der digitalen Anzeigetafeln, hat man ebenso einen wunderbaren Überblick über mögliche Verspätungen, etc. Es gibt seit kurzem ausreichend P&R Möglichkeiten und auch Fahrräder und Mopeds können abgestellt werden! Als Auskunft von der GKB bekommt man die Antwort, für 2024 ist der Lift, dessen Schacht schon ewig vorhanden ist, budgetiert. Inzwischen soll man in Lieboch aussteigen, dort gibt es einen Lift.
