★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde empfehlen die Preisausschreibungen anzupassen und die Mitarbeiter zu schulen! An der Tafel steht "Chefteller vegan oder mit Fleisch 4,90". Ich nahm eine Lasagne mit dann verlangte das junge Mädel 5,90 lt Kasse. Auf Nachfrage galten die 4,90 nur für fleischlose Produkte wie zB die Spinatlasagne die sie mir angeboten hat. Direkt neben mir stand ein Aufsteller mit der Aufschrift: Spinatlasagne 5,90. Wer soll sich da auskennen wenn nicht mal die Verkäuferinnen wissen was sie anbieten und man als Kunde in 2 min 3 verschiedene Auskünfte erhält? Das war auch nicht das 1. Mal.
I would recommend adapting the price announcements and training the staff! On the board is "Chef's dish vegan or with meat 4.90". I took a lasagna and then demanded the young girl 5.90 lt checkout. On demand, the 4.90 only for meatless products such as the spinach lasagne they offered me. Right next to me was a stand with the inscription: Spinach lasagne 5.90. Who should be knowledgeable if not even the sales assistants know what they offer and if you get 2 different information as a customer in 2 minutes? That was not the first time.
