Die Behandlungen werden von der Therapeuten ernst genommen und ausgezeichnet durchgeführt. Totally dear and friendly therapists and everyone at the reception is friendly. Treatments are taken seriously by the therapist and carried out excellently.

Zu lange Wartezeiten bis zum Arzttermin,nochmal so lange Wartezeit bis zu den Therapie-Einheiten. Therapists were nice and friendly, unkompitentes and not friendly staff at the info. Too long waiting times until the doctor's appointment, again as long waiting time to the therapy units.

Wenn ich am Montag um 8 Uhr morgens den Termin am Nachmittag verschieben muss, dann wird dieser gestrichen, weil dieser nicht bis zum Samstag zuvor gecancelled wurde, wo ihr gar nicht offen habt. Man könnte hier durchaus ein Auge zudrücken. Unfriendly staff at the info. If I have to postpone the appointment in the afternoon on Monday at 8 o'clock in the morning, then this is deleted, because this was not canceled until the Saturday before, where you have not open. One could quite turn a blind eye here.

Termine teilweise schlecht eingeteilt, in meinem Fall war es nicht möglich von der Einzelgymnastik rechtzeitig zur Unterwassertherapie zu kommen. Laut Personal an der Info ist es ersatzlos weil ich es erst 10 min nach Beginn der WG gemeldet hatte ... Hätte scheinbar nass in Badehose zur Info laufen sollen ? Therapists nice and act competent. Dates partly badly divided, in my case it was not possible to get from the individual gym in time for underwater therapy. According to staff at the info, it is without substitution because I had reported it only 10 minutes after the start of the WG ... Would have seemed to run wet in swimming trunks for info ?

Seit Monaten ist der Terminal defekt ! ? Wacht auf ! Every small trading company today has an ATM terminal to pay for. Such a large company whose supervisory board and management board Baden politicians cannot do that! ? The terminal has been defective for months! ? Wake up !
S	Sultan Kartal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOTALL UNFREUNDLICH bei der INFO - man wird sehr schlecht behandelt - die Ärztin war echt lieb aber leider ist das auch nicht genügend ich würde nicht mal einen Stern geben - man sollte das Personal wechseln!! es wurde mir von der Information garnichts weiter gegeben kaum bin ich beim ersten Termin meiner Behandlung wird mir gesagt ich sollte ein Handtuch mit bringen bzw. mich auch umziehen - und dann wird wieder mein Termin verschoben. Ich hab in meinem Leben noch nie so eine Rezension geschrieben weder mich so sehr beschwert über sowas - aber das hat das Personal an der Info verdient. NIE WIEDER!!! TOTALLY FRIENDLY at INFO - you are treated very badly - the doctor was really nice but unfortunately that is not enough I would not even give a star - you should change the staff !! the information didn't pass it on to me. I was hardly told the first appointment of my treatment that I should bring a towel or change my clothes - and then my appointment will be postponed again. I have never written such a review in my life, nor complained so much about something - but the staff at the info deserved it. NEVER AGAIN!!!
s	srna srnica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Monate warten bis ich die Termine überhaupt bekommen habe. Sie sind einfach ausgebucht... Wenn man eine akute Situation hat- sind sie keine richtige Adresse. Massagen Dauer 10 Minuten!!! 10 Minuten!?!?!?! Ist das realistisch? Was kann man in 10 min bewirken?Das Minimum der Leistung, oder? In diese 10 Min. sind auch ausziehen und anziehen inbegriffen- also Massage dauert 7, maximal 8 Minuten...Das ist traurig! Zu wenig, zu wenig Personal! Alles ist minimalisiert bis zum geht nicht mehr!!! Physioterapeuten sind von Erfahrung und Fachlichkeit sehr, sehr gut! Sie bringen dich weiter! Doch eine Masseurin ist recht unfreundlich gewesen,(immer wieder),macht ihr Arbeit sehr oberflächig - es bewirkt nichts! Alles in allem- das ist nicht die wahre Leistung die für kranke Menschen, Menschen mit Beschwerden benötigt wird. Waited 2 months before I even got the appointments. They are simply fully booked... If you have an acute situation - they are not the right address. Massages duration 10 minutes!!! 10 mins!?!?!?! Is this realistic? What can you do in 10 minutes? The minimum of performance, right? These 10 minutes also include undressing and dressing - so the massage lasts 7, maximum 8 minutes... That's sad! Too few, too few staff! Everything is minimized to the point of no more!!! Physiotherapists are very, very good in terms of experience and expertise! They take you further! But one masseuse was quite unfriendly (again and again), does her work very superficially - it doesn't do anything! All in all - this is not the real service that is needed for sick people, people with ailments.
