It does not matter how misfit you are, the trainers are so patient enough to guide you and will ensure that you feel confident about yourself. I really enjoy going there and expats like me are more welcome there (you won’t feel neither uncomfortableness nor any unwanted stares, if you know what i mean!). The fee options are so customized and very decent for this kind of individual attention to the patrons. If you are looking for a friendly environment to increase your fitness level or if you just entering the fitness realm, try Backyard Club Wien. Special kudos to the trainers.

What I truly appreciated, was the different approach of every trainer, which meant that not a single hour there was spent in the same way. I really liked the openness of people, kindness and overall positive approach to training and work-out. I also very much liked the fact that everybody is welcome, no matter the age, race or knowledge of gym training or boxing, the only important thing is comittment. Experienced coaches, paying attention equally to both newcomers and advanced guys. Relaxed atmosphere, although tough workouts. Nevertheless, everyone can find his own zone of comfort with the intensity of exercises.
