Das Gebäck ist übrigens richtig lecker und besonders empfehlen kann ich die Schaumrollen. A bakery that still grinds flour itself and also (!) Bakes it ... That you can still find something like this today. The pastries are really tasty and I can especially recommend the foam rolls.

Da der Betrieb auch heute noch in Familienbesitz ist, hat sich an der Spitzenqualität der Produkte, der kleinen, aber feinen Bäckerei nichts geändert. Hier hat man das Gefühl, dass die Zeit stehengeblieben ist, worüber ich sehr froh bin und was zum einzigartigem Charme beiträgt. Frau Wiegele und ihr Sohn Witgar sind mit Herzblut bei der Sache und das schmeckt man einfach. Freundlichkeit und Engagement wird hier von wirklich allen Mitarbeitern(Innen) großgeschrieben. Zusätzlich werden in dem Geschäft auch noch Nahrungsmittel und Spezialitäten von heimischen Bauern und kleineren Betrieben aus der Umgebung angeboten. Man kann einen Besuch dieser alten und traditionellen Bäckerei mit eigener Mühle nur jedem ans Herz legen. Auch Kunstinteressierte kommen im Museum des Nötscher Kreises, welches sich im selben Gebäude befindet, voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Bäckerin ist zwei Generationen älter als ich und trägt eine Weisheit mit sich, die unbezahlbar ist! Danke für die Zeit und die vielen Eindrücke. Abgesehen davon sind Brot und Gebäck echte Handarbeit mit besten Rohstoffen. Und erst die Schaunrollen!! Hinfahren und Genießen!!! Art house, bakery, meeting place.
