Wir bekamen zu unserem Kaffee und den 2 Kakao für die Kinder 2 Teller mit 4 ausgeschnittenen Weckerl und ein Packerl Butter auf den Tisch geschmissen. Marmelade bekam ich dann bei Nachfrage doch mit den eleganten Worten 'Das kostet aber extra' überreicht. Für das zweite Packerl Marmelade kam dann gar kein Dialog zustande. Angstvoll die Augen zu Boden gerichtet habe ich mich wieder zu unserem Tisch zurückgezogen. So eine Bewirtung habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Eine bodenlose Frechheit. Don't you dare go to breakfast. With our coffee and the 2 cocoa for the children, we got 2 plates with 4 cut-out rolls and a packet of butter thrown on the table. When I asked, I got jam with the elegant words 'That costs extra'. There was no dialogue at all for the second packet of jam. I retreated to our table again, fearfully directed my eyes to the floor. I have never experienced anything like this before! A bottomless cheek.
B	Benedikt H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualität ist immer super! Finde schade, dass trotz den Öffnungszeiten am Sonntag von 7 - 11 schon um 10:35 zu ist. Quality is always great! It's a shame that despite the opening times on Sunday from 7 am to 11 am it is already closed at 10:35 am.

E	Edith Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir freuten uns sehr, als wir erfuhren, dass in der Südstadt "ein Szihn" eröffnet wurde. Leider lässt die Bedienung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Verkäuferinnen sind unfreundlich und unwillig. Das Sortiment ist eigentlich reichhaltig, jedoch auf Anfrage, ob man einen Toast ODER ein belegtes Brötchen haben könne, hieß es : "Hob' ma net". Auf meine verärgerte Frage, warum dann auf der Tafel Toasts in jeder Variation angeboten werde, meinte die Verkäuferin: "Sie wollten a belegtes Brot und des hob' ma net". Meine erste Frage: warum kann man keine belegten Brötchen anbieten, die sicher weniger Arbeit als ein Eierspeisbrot sind? Zweite Frage: warum ist im Gastgarten (was mir einleuchtet) Selbstbedienung, im Lokal aber auch? Es muss doch möglich sein, dass eine der Verkäuferinnen die bestellte Ware wenigstens zum Tisch bringt, WIR WAREN DIE EINZIGEN GÄSTE!!! und drittens möchte ich noch anmerken, dass der Cappuccino eine dünne Suppe mit ENORM viel Schaum war, das halbe Häferl bestand aus Schaum. Ich befürchte, wenn sich Ihre Mitarbeiter weiterhin unmotiviert und unfreundlich verhalten, die Kunden ausbleiben werden, denn wir kommen nicht mehr. In einem angeschlossenen Kaffeehaus möchte ich freundlich behandelt werden und setze auch voraus, dass mir die Bestellung zu Tisch gebracht wird - noch dazu bei "gähnender Leere" an den Tischen. (Montag, 28.09.2021 um ca. 15 Uhr). We were very happy to learn that "a Szihn" had opened in the southern part of the city. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The shop assistants are unfriendly and unwilling. The assortment is actually extensive, but on request, whether you could have a toast OR a sandwich, it was said: "Hob 'ma net". In response to my angry question as to why every variation of toast is offered on the blackboard, the saleswoman said: "You wanted a sandwich and that was not a hobby". My first question: why can't you offer open sandwiches, which are certainly less work than egg bread? Second question: why is self-service in the guest garden (which makes sense to me), but also in the restaurant? It must be possible for one of the sales assistants to at least bring the ordered goods to the table, WE WERE THE ONLY GUESTS !!! And thirdly, I would like to add that the cappuccino was a thin soup with an ENORMOUS amount of foam, half the mug was made of foam. I fear that if your employees continue to behave in an unmotivated and unfriendly manner, the customers will stay away because we will no longer come. I would like to be treated in a friendly way in an attached coffee house and also assume that the order will be brought to my table - especially when the tables are "yawning". (Monday, 09/28/2021 at around 3 p.m.).
