★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hervorragende kleine Bäckerei, bei der noch viel Wert auf das Handwerk gelegt wird. So gibt es hier beispielsweise nur handgemachte Semmel. Ein Laugenstängel mit Butter vom Steinberg ist eine Sensation - besser kann man Laugenstängel einfach nicht machen. Auch die Faschingskrapfen und Nussschnecken sind hervorragend.
Excellent small bakery, where much emphasis is placed on the craft. For example, there are only handmade bread rolls here. A lye stalk with butter from the Steinberg is a sensation - you can not do better with lye stalks. Also the carnival fritters and nut slices are excellent.

Das brot ist lecker und die tortenstücke schmecken fantastisch...
