Man schmeckt einfach den Unterschied zwischen maschineller Massenproduktion und liebevoller Handwerkskunst.
Excellent bread made with natural sourdough.
If I buy bread in the supermarket, it is tasteless after one day and hard after two days. The breads from the Schluifer bakery keep their wonderful taste and freshness for days.
