Wir waren vor ort einmal unpünktlich ist ok da war es ja noch nicht so schlimm... dann kam die dame zeigte uns die Mappe und erklärte ihr schon vorab beim termin welche torte bzw geschmackrichtung wir gehen möchte da kam kein Problem nehme ich was mit. Mit gwhabt hat se mal goa nix! Ok is ja a noch nicht so schlimm dann bitteten wir da wir dort noch nie torten dort gegessen haben diese wäre für unsere Hochzeit gewesen nicht nur schön aussehen sollte sondern auch schmecken muss also hatten wir vereinbart sie bringt kostproben an einem freitag in die stockerauer Filiale vorbei und wir sagten gleichzeitig wenn das passt nehmen wir sie auch sofort.... das war an einem Dienstag oder Mittwoch am Donnerstag Abend sagt diese mir unfreundlich ab weil wer anderer bestellt hat usw sehr UNPROFESIONEL und keine Vorbereitung meiner Meinung nach 0 punkte We had made an appointment with which we would of course pay for a few samples. We were there on time and it was ok, it was not so bad ... then the lady showed us the folder and explained in advance which cake or flavor we would like to go there was no problem, I take something with me. With gwhabt goa has nothing! Ok is so a not so bad then we asked because we have never eaten cakes there they would have been for our wedding not only should they look nice but also taste good so we had agreed to bring them a sample to the stockerauer branch on a Friday and we said at the same time if it fits we take it immediately .... that was on a Tuesday or Wednesday on Thursday evening, this renders me unfriendly because who else ordered etc. very UNPROFESIONEL and no preparation in my opinion 0 points

Darum haben wir uns auch heuer bei unserer Hochzeit an sie gewendet und sämtliches Gebäck sowie die Hochzeitstorte bei der Bäckerei Petermann bestellt. Verkostung und Auswahl der Torte lief Problemlos ab und wir waren wunschlos glücklich mit dem Service. (Für mich vollkommen unverständlich wie die schlechte Bewertung einer Dame zustande gekommen ist. Ein Blick auf ihre Rechtschreibung lässt jedoch einiges erahnen) I have often ordered cakes for special occasions from the Petermann bakery and was 100% satisfied every time. That's why we turned to her at our wedding this year and ordered all the pastries and the wedding cake from the Petermann bakery. The tasting and selection of the cake went without a hitch and we were perfectly happy with the service. (For me it is completely incomprehensible how the bad rating of a lady came about. A look at her spelling, however, gives an idea of something)
