★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollten heute für uns eine Mittagsjause mitnehmen (Kind und 2 Erwachsene) mussten jedoch ca. 15 min. warten da nur eine Verkaufskraft anwesend war. Zu unserem Ärger wurden dann noch andere vorgenommen, warum auch immer, und so sind wir halt ohne Jause wieder gegangen. So gewinnt man keine Kunden.
Wanted to take a lunch for us today (child and 2 adults) but had to take about 15 minutes. wait because only one sales force was present. To our annoyance, others were made, for whatever reason, and so we just left without a snack. That's not how you win customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vor kurzem dort und der Service war einfach nur schrecklich und für ham and eggs musste ich 20 minuten lang warten dafür ,dass ich sie mir dann selber von der Theke holen konnte außerdem war es angebrannt und grauslich.
I was there recently and the service was just terrible and for ham and eggs I had to wait 20 minutes so that I could get them from the counter myself and it was burnt and horrible.
