Da ich im Gesundheitsbereich arbeite hatten wir keine andere Möglichkeit als die Ferienwohnung zu stornieren. Dies teilten wir dem Vermieter auch so mit. Doch die Rückzahlung des Mietpreises wurde verweigert. Keine Kulanz und kein Entgegenkommen. Nur lange Ausführungen, dass wir rechtlich keinen Anspruch hätten und für Ihn einer von vielen Fällen wären. Sorry, aber diesen Vermieter kann ich nicht empfehlen !!!! Two days before our arrival in Lochau, the Vorarlberg area would be declared a Corona risk area by the federal government. Since I work in the health sector, we had no other option than to cancel the holiday home. We communicated this to the landlord. But repayment of the rental price was refused. No goodwill and no accommodation. Just long statements that we had no legal claim and would be one of many cases for him. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this landlord !!!!
