★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointing manicure after reading all other reviews and finally getting an appointment. I have senzitive skin which bleeds easily, but there was no desinfection of the places that bled. The actual manicure took around 15 minutes only (though according to website it should take 30 minutes) and was done without attention to detail. Most of the time was spent waiting for various layers of nail polish to dry.
On the sunny side: good location, great ambiance, you get the nail file as a gift, excellent marketing (which should be backed a bit more by the quality).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will say the pricing is above the average for a nail salon but then again, this place is anything but average. They truly care about your experience, the service is wonderful, and the end product is beautiful. The last salon I went to filed my nails so thin, I nearly had a hole in my nail, and Babetown is helping me regrow my nails and strengthen them, one shellac manicure at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best nail studio in town! Had manicure and pedicure appointments as well in the past there, as well as just went by for a coffee, or just to work from there. They have a very nice athmosphere and the staff is very kind and professional. I can only recommend their services and the iced matcha :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful for my pedicure with Svetlana!! She made me feel totally at ease and by the end of the treatment I felt like a total BABE with the softest feet. WOW my feet feel brand new and walking around is a pleasure. Thank you Svetlana you are a real life angel!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointing service when it is comes to difficulties from their site! When you cannot come to the appointment - you have to pay 100% from the scheduled service. BUT when they have to cancel your appointment, you will receive an email (neither SMS no call - because the boss is too busy to call you) saying that they cancel your appointment and offer you to go online and book another one... translation from “I do not care” language to English - I do not care about your time and too busy to find earliest slots for you, so you do by yourself. We have free slots in 2 weeks... Ladies! There is a “customer service” lesson which you obviously missed!

The team is not just highly professional, they are also incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can feel the positive energy when you enter the space and will walk out pampered and taken care of.
