★ ★ ★ ★ ★ freundlich aber unseriös. Versprechen Rückruf bzw. Angebot nachdem ich wegen Material angefragt habe und melden sich einfach nicht. Kann ja mal passieren aber selbst bei Rückfrage wird kein Angebot geschickt. Naja... könnte man besser machen.
friendly but dubious. Promise to call back or offer after I have asked about material and just don't get in touch. It can happen, but no offer will be sent even if you have a query. Well ... could be done better.
