Kühlschränke werden dort nicht repariert, obwohl man von der Panasonic Hotline dorthin verwiesen wird. ? This is a Panasonic service point. However, only Panasonic TVs and video recorders are repaired here. Refrigerators will not be repaired there, although the Panasonic Hotline will refer you there. ?
J	Joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe meinen knapp 2 Jahre alten Panasonic Oled Fernseher reparieren lassen (Eingebrannte Stellen!). Auf Nachfrage beim Servicetechniker (Hr. Preininger) bekam ich nur die Antwort, das im Haushalt geraucht wird (alles Nichtraucher) und das der Fernseher 23 Stunden pro Tag (!!!) gelaufen ist laut Auslese und das es kein Auslesefehler sein kann, er mache es ja schon länger. Auf Nachfrage ob es darüber Aufzeichnungen gibt, wurde Hr. Preininger "sehr unhöflich" mir gegenüber und es hieß, nein, daß hat mich nicht zu interessieren, es wurde das Paneel eh ausgetauscht und die Aufzeichnungen wurden nach Deutschland zu Panasonic geschickt und der Rest gelöscht. Auf Nachfrage wie sein Name ist, bekam ich zur Antwort: das geht mich nichts an - und legte den Hörer auf! Ich finde für einen Servicebetrieb das Verhalten des Mitarbeiters Preininger äusserst befremdlich Kunden gegenüber. Das ein Fernseher nicht 23 Stunden täglich laufen kann, sollte der Hausverstand eigentlich hergeben! Beschwerde Mail an den Firmenchef folgt. I had my almost 2 year old Panasonic OLED TV repaired (burned-in spots!). When I asked the service technician (Mr. Preininger) I only got the answer that people smoke in the household (all non-smokers) and that the television was on for 23 hours a day (!!!) according to readout and that it cannot be a readout error, he have been doing it for a long time. When asked if there are any records, Mr. Preininger "very rude" to me and they said, no, that doesn't interest me, the panel was replaced anyway and the recordings were sent to Panasonic in Germany and the rest deleted. When asked what his name is, I got the answer: That's none of my business - so I hung up the phone! For a service company, I find the behavior of the employee Preininger extremely strange towards customers. The fact that a television cannot run 23 hours a day should actually be a matter of common sense! Complaint mail to the company boss follows.

Habe als einzigen und letzten Reparaturtipp die Fa. B & S bekommen. Ich habe mein Glück noch am 22.12.2021versucht und wurde nicht enttäuscht! Ich wurde freundlich bedient und meine Bose Anlage umgehend kompetent repariert, sodass ich sie noch am gleichen Tag wieder einsetzten konnte.Toll, dass es noch Unternehmen gibt, die nach Lösungen suchen und reparieren können und auch wollen! Absolut weiterzuempfehlen und nochmals ein dickes "danke"! On my older Bose Livestyle 18, the CD drawer got stuck, I was already thinking about the end of the system. The only and last repair tip I got was B & S. I tried my luck on December 22nd, 2021 and was not disappointed! I was served in a friendly manner and my Bose system was promptly and competently repaired so that I could use it again on the same day. It's great that there are still companies that are looking for solutions and can and want to repair them! Absolutely to be recommended and again a big "thank you"!
