I	Irmgard Bodner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin ein absoluter Ayurveda Fan und bin schon weit gereist aber ich habe jetzt meinen Ort für Ayurveda gefunden. Hier ist alles stimmig und das auch noch vor der Haustüre. Die Berge sind hier sooo schön - jeden Tag ein toller Sonnenaufgang und ein wahnsinns Ausblick. Das Essen hier ist fantastisch, regionale Produkte und sehr fein zusammen gestellt. Für mich waren es bis jetzt die besten Behandlungen und auch ein toller Service vom Team. Dr. Sharma uns seine Crew leisten hier wirklich tolles. Auch die Hotelleitung ist mit Herz dabei. An alle ein Lob. Ich konnte hier richtig gut abschalten und entspannen. I am an absolute Ayurveda fan and have traveled a long way, but now I have found my place for Ayurveda. Everything is right here, and that's right on the doorstep. The mountains are so beautiful here - every day a great sunrise and an amazing view. The food here is fantastic, regional products and very well put together. For me it has been the best treatments so far and great service from the team. Dr. Sharma and his crew are doing really great here. The hotel management is also passionate about it. Praise to everyone. I was able to switch off and relax really well here.

Mein Körper fühlt sich jetzt wieder vital und richtig gut an. Ich bin wieder in meiner vollen Kraft und kann wieder voller Freude in den alltag starten. Ich konnte ganz viele Dinge loslassen und auch für mich klären die schon lange anstanden. Das Konzept ist hier sehr stimmig und alle Mitarbeiter bemühen sich sehr. Danke dass es den Kraftort gibt. Purification and all-round renewal. I went to the Sonnhof for a detox cure. For me it was a very sustainable stay. I was able to find a lot of clarity in myself. My body now feels vital and really good again. I am back in my full strength and can start everyday life full of joy. I was able to let go of a lot of things and clarify for myself that had been waiting for a long time. The concept is very consistent here and all employees try very hard. Thank you that the place of power exists.

Hier fühlt man sich absolut aufgefangen und kann auftanken vom Stress des Alltags. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Ein absoluter Kraftort! An Ayurveda resort at its best: a feel-good atmosphere all around, great food and treatments from absolute masters of their trade. Here you feel absolutely captured and can recharge your batteries from the stress of everyday life. The rooms are very nice with a view of the mountains. An absolute place of power!

Jeder Mitarbeiter strahlt eine Herzlichkeit aus und man fühlt dass man wirklich sehr willkommen ist. Die Ayurveda Kur ist hier sehr authentisch. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Die Behandlungen sind einmal und wirklich von hoher Qualität. Das Esssen ist wunderbar und der Service exzellent. Die Kur hat mir wirklich geholfen mein Leben zu verändern. Ich habe nun neue Rituale die mir helfen einen euen Alltag zu gestalten. Ich habe dadurch mehr Lebensfreude und auch mehr Erfolg im Beruf. Ich komme wieder!! I have found my place for the Ayurveda cure. The Sonnhof is a real paradise. You recover very quickly and it is just a real place of strength. Every employee exudes a warmth and you feel that you are really very welcome. The Ayurveda cure is very authentic here. I can recommend it to everybody. The treatments are once and really of high quality. The food is wonderful and the service excellent. The cure really helped me change my life. I now have new rituals that help me to shape a new everyday life. It gives me more zest for life and more success in my job. I'll be back!!

Ich habe noch nie so eine Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter erlebt. Von der Chefetage bis zu allen anderen Mitarbeitern ist jeder total bemüht. Die Behandlungen wie Massagen sind einfach unvergesslich und auf höchstem Niveau. Als nicht Veganer oder Vegetarier war ich begeistert wie lecker die Speisen zubereitet waren. Ach fürs Auge ein Hingucker. Zusammenfassend war es eine Reise welche meinen Körper, Geist und Seele vollkommen in Einklang gebracht hat. Danke von ganzen Herzen an das ganze Team vom Sonnhof. I am incredibly grateful and happy to have started my journey to the Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof. Why would I recommend the hotel? I have never seen such warmth from the staff. From the executive floor to all the other employees, everyone tries hard. The treatments such as massages are simply unforgettable and of the highest quality. As a not vegan or vegetarian, I was thrilled by how delicious the dishes were. Oh, an eye-catcher. In summary, it was a journey that brought my body, mind and soul into perfect harmony. Ich habe mich für eine Immunkur entschieden da es mir gesundheitlich einfach nicht so gut ging und bin froh dass ich mich dafür entschieden hab. Ich hab jeden Tag leckeres Essen bekommen und feine Behandlungen. Das Yoga hat das ganze Programm noch abgerundet. Auch die Ärzte im Haus sind sehr kompetent. Wer will kann auch Coachings machen die wirklich sehr empfehlenswert sind. Das Haus ist klein und fein und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Danke Always my pleasure. Great Ayurveda center in the middle of the mountains. I was able to recover very well and will come back to the Sonnhof. I decided to take an immune cure because my health was just not that good and I am glad that I decided to do it. I got delicious food and fine treatments every day. The yoga rounded off the whole program. The in-house doctors are also very competent. If you want, you can also do coaching sessions that are really highly recommended. The house is small and nice and has a great atmosphere. thanks

The surrounding countryside is breathtaking and I was fortunate enough to have a balcony with a spectacular view of the mountains. The staff are very professional and friendly and spoke great English. The treatments were very authentic and the treatment rooms and spa area were extremely clean and well run. The food was so beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I also borrowed an electric bike and went on a cycling trip around the area (take care going down the mountain, it’s really steep!) and went on a trek in the forest. I could only stay for 4 days but hope to return again for a week. If you’re looking for an authentic Ayurvedic experience without travelling to India the Sonnhof Resort really is the place to go, you won’t be disappointed!
