Auf Grund des enthaltenen Koffeins + dem 5-HTP eignet es sich bestens statt dem morgendlichen Kaffee, um mir die Motivation zu geben den Tag anzupacken. Als leidenschaftlicher Sportler hilft mir Ayoka an motivationslosen Tagen trotzdem meinen Hintern zu bewegen und mit vollem Herz beim Sport zu sein. Ich kann dieses Getränk absolut weiterempfehlen! At first I was skeptical when I first heard about Ayoka, but now it is my favorite drink. Due to the caffeine + 5-HTP it is ideally suited instead of the morning coffee to give me the motivation to start the day. As a passionate athlete, Ayoka helps me to move my butt and be passionate about sports on non-motivated days. I can absolutely recommend this drink!

Die Aluminiumdose ist mir noch ein Dorn, hoffentlich gibts was dafür bald Umweltfreunflicheres . Actually invigorating effect not so sweet, therefore low in calories. Ideal for inner and outer dog days !!!! The aluminum can is still a thorn for me, hopefully there will be something more environmentally friendly soon.

Es schmeckt Gott sei Dank nicht so süß wie erwartet und hat mir in der stressigen Weihnachtszeit etwas Motivation geschenkt. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen, wenn man mal etwas neues ausprobieren möchte. I saw the colorful Ayoka jar on the shelf in Meinl am Graben and tried it out. Thank goodness it doesn't taste as sweet as expected and gave me some motivation during the stressful Christmas season. Can only recommend it if you want to try something new.
