★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als mindestens zehnjähriger Stammkunde wollte ich neben andere Leistungen auch ein Update für mein Navi, normalerweise sollte man mir im Vorhinein sagen ob es was kostet und wie viel es kostet außerdem habe ich dann erfahren man hätte mir einfach sagen sollen das ich selber dieses Update machen kann stattdessen nachdem ich von der Zentrale die Zusage hatte dass man das mir kostenlos machen kann wurde es trotzdem in Rechnung gestellt und es gab keine Rückvergütung.
 As a ten-year-old regular customer, I wanted an update for my navigation system in addition to other services, usually you should tell me in advance whether it costs what and how much it costs, and then I found out you should have just told me that I could do this update myself instead, after I had the assurance from the head office that I could do this for free, I was still billed and there was no refund.

Were on short vacation in the Wachau and had to go to the workshop due to constant air loss in the tires. Without an appointment, free troubleshooting and repair and a car wash on top of that. Great service ?? Thank you very much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte noch einen Gutschein für ein Gratis Service (von Erstbesitzer). Mir wurde erst beim Termin gesagt, dass das Gratis Service PERSONEN bezogen ist. Wurde mir vorab am Telefon und Mail Kontakt nicht mitgeteilt. Es gab keinerlei Entgegenkommen, somit verließ ich sehr frustriert und Enttäuscht das Geschäft. Entgegenkommen und Kulanz wird anscheinend nicht Großgeschrieben. Gerade bei solchen Themen, bemerkt man ob einen der Kunde etwas Wert ist oder nicht. Sehr schade!
I still had a voucher for a free service (from the first owner). I was only told during the appointment that the free service is PERSONAL. Was not communicated to me in advance on the phone and email contact. There was no accommodation, so I left the business very frustrated and disappointed. Obviously, courtesy and goodwill are not capitalized. Especially with such topics, you notice whether the customer is worth something or not. What a shame!

ich hoffe, dass euch gut geht.
Ich hätte demnächst ein Interesse dort hinzufahren und habe noch keine Erfahrungen gemacht. Aufgrundessen wollte ich mich im Vorhinein erkundigen, ob jemand von euch Erfahrungen mit der Firma bzw. mit den Fachleuten dort gemacht.
Ich habe auch die meisten Kommentare gelesen und mich über deren Website informiert.
Jedoch hätte ich trotzdem eine Frage, ob ihr dort einen guten Fachmann kennt und wenn ja, ob ihr mich dabei beraten könntet, da es sich um ein neues, gutes Auto handelt und es mir viel bedeutet und uns sehr gut bis jetzt bedient und wir demnächst eine lange Strecke fahren müssen, und somit Pannen vermeiden wollen.
Es wäre von großer Bedeutung und danke im Vorhinein.
