I am very disappointed with AUVA, because I could not reach the service department and the written response from the phone numbers I have given so far.

Kann es sein,das Diese zurückgehalten werden,wenn man woanders die Weiterbehandlung und Therapie bevorzugt??! After several phone calls, only after 3 weeks findings get! Could it be that these are withheld if one prefers further treatment and therapy elsewhere?
H	Helga Klecker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr liebe und sehr nette Kräfte. Die Mahlzeiten sind sehr gut zubereitet. Es wird Einem sehr gut gefallen geholfen. Die Anlage ist sehr stilvoll errichtet. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Very nice and very nice people. The meals are very well prepared. It will help you like a lot. The facility is very stylish. The surroundings are very beautiful and very quiet.
R	Robert Mlekus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abgesehen von den hervorragenden Ärzten die absolut kompetent und freundlich sind, muss man leider von einem Großteil der Schwestern in punkto Freundlichkeit vom Gegenteil Sprechen. Diese sind nicht nur zu den Angehörigen, sondern was viel schlimmer ist zu den Patienten unhöflich, schnipisch und sehr kurz angebunden. Sie geben das Gefühl "störend" zu sein. Abgesehen vom menschlichen sollten sie bedenken, wieviel ein Tag im Krankenhaus kostet und das sie empathisch mit Patienten umzugehen haben. Ich habe den direkten Vergleich, da ich vor wenigen Monaten stationär im LKH gelegen bin und ebenfalls eine OP hatte. Dort hatte ich das Gefühl auf Urlaub oder Kur zu sein. Freundlich vom Primar bis zu den Reinigungskräften! Das war auf der Dermatologie. Ich wäre froh meine 88 jährige Mutter würde nur die Hälfte vom Patientenumgang erleben!! Apart from the excellent doctors who are absolutely competent and friendly, unfortunately you have to speak of the opposite from a majority of the sisters in terms of friendliness. These are not only rude to the relatives, but what is much worse to the patients, snappy and very short. They make you feel "disturbing". Apart from the human, you should consider how much a day in hospital costs and that you have to treat patients with empathy. I have the direct comparison, since a few months ago I was hospitalized in the LKH and also had an operation. There I felt like I was on vacation or a cure. Friendly from the primary to the cleaning staff! That was on dermatology. I would be glad my 88 year old mother would only experience half of the patient handling !!
V	Verena Feichtinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sehr unfreundlich, alte Menschen werden von den Sanitätern ohne Decke für 2h unter die Klimaanlage gestellt, Wartezeiten von 4h++.. aber wer kann es den Ärzten verübeln? Wie kann eine Regierung immer weiter die Mittel für eine der wichtigsten Einrichtungen immer weiter kürzen und sich erwartem, dass trotzdem alles läuft? Jeder 2te der Anwesenden wollte nach den ersten 3 h gehen, trotzdem Knochenbrüchen! Liebe Regierung, habt Ihr schon mal an die Langzeitfolgen von nicht ausreichend behandelten Unfällen gedacht? Das wird euch noch viel ,viel mehr kosten... very unfriendly, the paramedics put old people under the air conditioning for 2 hours without a blanket, waiting times of 4 hours ++ .. but who can blame the doctors? How can a government keep cutting the funds for one of the most important institutions and expect everything to go smoothly anyway? Every second of those present wanted to leave after the first 3 hours, but still had broken bones! Dear government, have you ever thought of the long-term consequences of inadequately treated accidents? It will cost you much, much more ...
