Das besondere war, daß mir die Weiterfahrt mit einem Provisorium bei der Reparatur, die von mir so gewünscht war, ohne weitere Zusatzkosten ermöglicht wurde. Danke vielmals dafür!! M	Markus Black on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte bei meinem Fahrzeug ein Problem mit der Motorelektronik. Ich fuhr zuerst zum ÖAMTC weil Wochenende und die haben gesagt der Partikelfilter sei auf jeden Fall defekt und ich soll diesen gleich von einer Fachwerkstatt tauschen lassen. Gesagt getan machte ich einen Termin beim Autozentrum Mayer um den Filter wechseln zu lassen. Der Werkstattleiter dort sagte aber das sie zuerst selber noch mal eine Fehlerauslese machen wollen. Als ich das Auto beim Mayer hatte wurde die Fehlerauslese gemacht, leider hatte der nette ÖAMTC alle Fehler gelöscht sodass der Mechaniker es nicht leicht hatte einen Fehler zu finden. Es wurde gleich darauf eine Fahrt mit dem Diagnosegerät gemacht und dabei ist ein defekter Sensor für den Partikelfilter herausgekommen. Der Partikelfilter hätte mit Arbeit 1400€ gekostet. Der Sensor hat mit Diagnose und Reparatur 450€ Euro gekostet. Also da lass ich mir gerne 2 Stunden Probefahrt mit Tester verrechnen denn hier ist wenigstens auch der Fehler gefunden worden, hätte ich den Partikelfilter einbauen lassen währ immer noch das gleiche und hätte dann vermutlich noch mehr als 1400€ bezahlen müssen. I had a problem with the engine electronics in my vehicle. I first went to the ÖAMTC because it was the weekend and they said the particle filter was definitely defective and I should have it replaced by a specialist workshop. No sooner said than done, I made an appointment at the Mayer car center to have the filter changed. The workshop manager there said, however, that you first want to make another mistake selection yourself. When I had the car with Mayer, the fault selection was made, unfortunately the nice ÖAMTC had deleted all the faults so that the mechanic had a hard time finding a fault. Immediately afterwards, a trip was made with the diagnostic device and a defective sensor for the particle filter came out. The work of the particle filter would have cost € 1,400. The sensor cost 450 euros with diagnosis and repair. So I would like to charge me 2 hours of test drive with the tester because at least the error was found here, if I had had the particle filter installed, it would still have been the same and then probably would have had to pay more than 1400 €.

Da der Preisnachlass von meinen Vorstellungen den Herrn per E-Mail garnicht passte, bezeichnete er mich als FRECH!!!! Ein sehr unprofessionelles Verhalten meines Erachtens nach. Als Verkäufer könnte man sich hierbei doch viel sachlicher ausdrücken, und erst recht per E-Mail!! I asked for a car by e-mail and as a result I am a long way away, I asked for a discount. Since the price reduction of my ideas didn't suit the gentleman at all via email, he described me as naughty !!!! A very unprofessional behavior in my opinion. As a seller, you could express yourself in a much more objective manner, especially by email!
M	Manfred Koller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut gute fachbezogene, kompetente Aufnahme. Nach erfolgter Diagnose, tel. Rückruf mit Kosteninfo der Materialien. Ist auch nicht überall üblich dachte ich mir. Dies war sehr angenehm. Die Enttäuschung war dafür umso größer, als ich für einen Sondentausch mit ca.1 Std. Arbeitszeit weitere 2 Stunden verrechnet bekam, mit dem Hinweis dies für Doagnostikarbeiten bezahlen zu müssen. Dies war umso ärgerlicher, zumal die die Diagnose bedeutete "2 Stunden Fahren mit dem Fahrzeug mit angehängtem Diagnosegerät". Das hat mir der ÖAMTC bereits attestiert und ich den Ausdruck in der Werkstätte abgegeben. 2 Sunden Arbeitszeit sind meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt!!! Intervention war umsonst und € 415,00 bezahlt. Danke für nix! Absolutely good subject-related, competent reception. After diagnosis, tel. Callback with cost information for the materials. It's not common everywhere, I thought to myself. It was very pleasant. The disappointment was all the greater when I was charged an additional 2 hours for a probe exchange with about 1 hour of working time, with the note that I had to pay this for diagnostic work. This was all the more annoying, especially since the diagnosis meant "2 hours of driving the vehicle with the diagnostic device attached". The ÖAMTC has already confirmed this to me and I handed the print out to the workshop. 2 hours of work are not justified in my opinion! Intervention was free and paid € 415.00. Thanks for nothing!
